Finally sub 3:05, got 1st try dampe. Kinda sloppy early game and late game but very good mid game. Still aiming for another 1-2 minutes cut off.

There's a lot going on in this run and it can be really confusing if you don't know what's happening. To explain stuff, I have an FAQ here as well as a fully commentated demonstration run of this route here
